Patrick is a conductor with a wide and varied background and skills that are born out of working in multi-genre musical environments. Formally trained as both an orchestral and wind band conductor he is experienced working with orchestra’s, Wind Symphonies/Concert Bands, Musical Theatre, choirs and entertainment spectaculars.
As Director of Music – Army the then Lieutenant Colonel Pickett was the Principal Conductor for the Australian Army.
Currently Patrick is the Music Director and Conductor of the University of Queensland Wind Symphony and a freelance conductor in Australia and overseas..
